D.R. HORTON’s TAMPA DIVISION COMPLETES CONSTRUCTION OF FIRST MODEL HOME AT AVALON PARK WEST

 TAMPA, Fla. — Avalon Park West, Wesley Chapel’s fastest growing traditionally designed community, announced D.R. Horton started construction of a new model home in April 2014 in the pedestrian-friendly community Avalon Park Group is developing on S.R. 54.

Eric Marks, senior vice president of Avalon Park Group, said D.R. Horton plans to build 56 new homes in the Cypress Village neighborhood at Avalon Park West.  D.R. Horton plans to offer 5 floor plans ranging from 2,045 to 3,576 square feet, with a three-car garage option and pricing beginning in the $270s.  The home builder’s first model home at Avalon Park West is now open.

D.R. Horton joins Avex Homes which has been building since its grand opening in early 2013.
