Avex Homes is premiering its new Braden and Jesup II model homes at Avalon Park West. The single story Braden model home offers three bedrooms and two baths in 1,697 square feet of living space with a two car garage priced from $169,990,” Hodson said.  Options include a lanai, study, bonus room, extended garage and upgraded master bath suite. The Braden model home is offered in three distinctive elevations. The two story Jesup II model home offers four bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths in 2,974 square feet of living space with a two car garage and bonus room. The Jesup II model features a study and media room. Avex Homes is offering up to $7,000 in free closing costs and $10,000 towards upgrades with every new home sold during grand opening weekend, Hodson said. New home owners will get a second gift too: a free porch swing, which has come to symbolize the relaxed traditional family lifestyle at Avalon Park West. Avex Homes Names Amy Joslyn Director of Sales at Avalon Park West in Wesley Chapel ORLANDO / WESLEY CHAPEL, Fla. — Avex Homes, the Orlando-based home builder that has started construction of new homes at Avalon Park West in Wesley Chapel, has appointed Amy Joslyn director of sales.

Eric Marks, President of Avex Homes, which is building in Avalon Park West, said Joslyn is a lifelong resident of the Tampa Bay area who has more than eight years of experience in new home sales in the Tampa Bay region. Marks said Joslyn is an enthusiastic sales professional whose efforts have already earned her such accolades as the Diamond Circle Award for Sales Excellence from the Tampa Bay Builders Association’s Sales and Marketing Council and Sales Person of the Year in 2010.

“Amy Joslyn is a high-achiever and a team builder and we expect her to play a major role in our continued growth at Avex Homes,” Marks said.

Avex Homes Scheduled to Begin Construction of Single Family Homes in Wesley Chapel, FL

Wesley Chapel, FL, July 18, 2012 — The managers of Avalon Park West, a new master planned community in Wesley Chapel, FL, recently announced that they have signed a contract with Avex Homes, an Orlando-based homebuilder, to start construction of 2 models and 4 homes within the community. The agreement will allow Avex to construct up to 342 homes within the project’s first phase, Cypress Village.
