Community to host Wesley Chapel’s only fireworks display this July 4th

(May 23, 2018) Wesley Chapel, Fla. — As the country celebrates its independence, Avalon Park West will be Wesley Chapel’s only place to see the rocket’s red glare and thousands of other fireworks.

For the 5th year, the mixed-use community taking shape in Wesley Chapel is hosting a celebration featuring a wide-range of family friendly activities – and a spectacular firework show.

Avalon Park West Lands First Tenant for New Downtown Center

Lease Deal with Power Martial Arts Pushes Downtown Closer to Opening


Wesley Chapel, FL (November 1, 2017) – The opening of the first downtown building at Avalon Park West became clearer as the first tenant has agreed to occupy space.

Power Martial Arts has signed a five-year lease to occupy 2,500 square feet of space in Downtown Avalon Park West. That building will break ground in 2018 and is scheduled to open in 2019.

Avalon Park West to Scare Up a Great Time for Halloween

Spooktacular returns to haunt residents and the Wesley Chapel community


Wesley Chapel, FL (XXXX, 2017) – As fall cools down the temperature and the nights get long, Avalon Park West will be the center of entertainment for the community as ghosts, goblins and everything Halloween comes together at Avalon Park West’s Spooktacular event.

More than 1,000 people are expected to collect their candy, show off their costumes and start their Halloween right during the event.
